Do I need HOA approval for a patio cover or pergola?
In many East DFW neighborhoods, yes, and some towns have their own permits. We know the approval processes in communities like Stonebridge Ranch and Inspiration and will tell you upfront what your project needs.
Cedar or metal?
We build mostly in cedar for the look and the way it handles Texas weather, and we will talk through options honestly at the estimate.
